TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions ("T&C") govern membership, use of services, deposits, loans, online services and the website/mobile app of DHANLAXMI MULTI STATE CO-OP. CREDIT SOCIETY LTD., a multi-state co-operative society registered under the Multi-State Co-operative Societies Act, 2002.

2. DEFINITIONS:

Member — person admitted to membership in accordance with Society bye-laws.
Services — deposit accounts, loans, remittances, KYC, digital banking, and other services offered by the Society.

3. MEMBERSHIP:

Eligibility, admission, share application, and resignation/expulsion shall follow the Society's bye-laws and applicable laws.

4. ACCOUNTS, DEPOSITS & LOANS:

Deposits, interest, withdrawals, lien, loan rules and recovery processes shall be governed by Society bye-laws, MSCS Act, and applicable regulations. KYC is mandatory.

5. USE OF ONLINE SERVICES:

Members must maintain confidentiality of login credentials. The Society may suspend digital access for security/compliance reasons.

6. FEES & CHARGES:

Service charges and fees will be published on the Society's website/notice board. Updated charges take effect with prior notice.

7. LIABILITY:

The Society is not liable for losses due to system failure, member negligence, or third-party issues.

8. DATA & KYC:

Members consent to data collection and processing for KYC, compliance, fraud prevention, and service delivery.

9. AMENDMENTS:

The Society may amend these T&C with due notice to members.

10. GOVERNING LAW:

These T&C are governed by Indian law and applicable cooperative statutes.
